Fall is a great time for family and traditions

I love Fall. I know when October rolls around that I will be spending a weekend with my brothers and sister and their families, picking apples and then take a hayride to pick out pumpkins. It has also been a tradition, for as long as I can remember, to go through the haymaze and try to solve the clues. We then always get hot cider donuts that are fresh and warm from the oven. Do you have any family traditions that you look forward to every year?

  4. Yes Patty! The fall is always such a blast for our family! Sounds like it is for yours as well, bet you can't wait to spend time with your family!! I look forward to taking my little guys to our local pumpkin festival! Actually we're going next weekend! There are, of course, pumpkins, a butterfly house, toddler-sized hay maze, corn maze, and even plane and dirt bike shows! So fun!!!! Bring on the Fall! :D @VectoringMomma

  5. Great pic! Can you send me a hot cider donut? I have never heard of that, much less eaten one. Sounds yummy. I love hot apple cider.

  6. Love this picture! <3 What a wonderful, fall family tradition! We used to pick out a pumpkin or two every year and carve them together as a family. We would get the pumpkin seeds out, clean them and roast them. I decorated a lot for the fall and Halloween as well. My sons are now grown and I don't do all of that anymore.

  7. Fall is my favorite time of year. We usually travel to the mountains a few times to watch the changing of the leaves. We also go to the pumpkin patch to pick out pumpkins to decorate.
