The Priority Chef Precision Kitchen Knife Sharpener is a high quality kitchen knife sharpener.  It is made with a durable plastic and stainless steel base.  The sharpeners are made from both steel and ceramic.

The sharpener has a comfortable handle that is used to secure the sharpener as you sharpen your knives. (See demo in my video below.)

It is recommended that the 2 step process be used for blunt knives only.  However, you can use the ceramic blade to resharpen weekly.

This product is not recommended for serrated knives or scissors.
