I love that all of the exercises are shown with photos in the book. It makes it so much easier to understand and follow along. Many times exercise or work out books will explain an exercise but not demonstrate it. That often leads me to wonder if I am doing it right. With the T-Tapp Workout there is no guessing. Everything is demonstrated clearly.
A lot of the exercises are low impact, which is perfect for me. It really is easy to follow along and I really do feel my muscles working with each exercises. All of the exercises target different body areas for a total workout.
There is a food plan section that helps teach you to make better choices and a Q & A section for frequently asked questions.
