I love my Ozeri Green Earth Ceramic Nonstick frying pan. I like to cook a lot of stir fry and vegetables for my family, but do not like to use a lot of oil. I try to cook as healthy as possible. With this pan I can do that. I use less oil than I do in a traditional frying pan. It cooks wonderfully and evenly. It has a nice wide base and is deep enough to hold a lot of veggies. I also use it for making my breakfast. I love cooking eggs in it.
I love that it is 100% PTFE and PFOA free. I love the ceramic non stick coating and that it is safe for induction ovens. The handle is oven safe, it cleans up quickly and looks beautiful.
