3 Ways to Age Gracefully

(Photo source) We are so resilient when we are kids and we work our bodies at overload because we do not have to worry about it at all. In fact, we are not even thinking about the possibility that we are going to have to worry about it one day. But, unfortunately, as we get a bit older, we start noticing aches and pains and this does not start at a very old age. Most start seeing bodily changes (aches, pains, etc.) in their early to mid-twenties and if you do not start doing something to prevent, or at least delay those aches and pains, they will only get worse. If you are in the same boat as me and most other people, you may want to know how you can make those aches and pains feel better, so today I want to talk about ways to age gracefully! Find a good trainer Not only will a good trainer come up with a plan for you to stay in shape and/or lose weight, but he or she should also go over an eating plan with you, to help you stay at peak health, and they should also help

Physics Tutoring For Any Budget or Need

What is Physics?   The branch of science concerned with the nature and properties of matter and energy. The subject matter of physics, distinguished from that of chemistry and biology, includes mechanics, heat, light and other radiation, sound, electricity, magnetism, and the structure of atoms. Let's face it, Physics is a tough subject that requires a lot of educational skills in math and science.  While, it may come easy to some students, many will find it challenging and somewhat difficult.   Physics is one of the most common science subjects in Singapore and most students take either pure physics or combined sciences.  For those students that are new to the subject, it can be quite daunting.  It is not surprising for children and adults to struggle with physics. As math and science classes advance, they begin to become more challenging and in depth.  Sometimes it is impossible to understand some of the school work that is being presented, and many teachers are so

Is Artificial Intelligence the Future of Tech?

( Photo Source ) I have been reading a lot about Artificial Intelligence being the future in the tech world and I can definitely see it being a reality.  As a matter of fact, it already exists. How often do you call a company and get greeted by a prompted recording.  For example, when you call your bank or motor vehicle agency you may get a recording asking for specific account information followed by asking for the reason of your call.  Key words then are used to prompt follow up questions or answers.  This is a form of artificial intelligence. So, how will this Artificial Intelligence expand in the work force?  Well according to an article from  Forbes magazine AI is expanding and amplifying human capabilities.  They also believe that business professionals will see new ways innovation can help them grow and create new fields of work for tech professionals in AI-related jobs. It is important for businesses to stay ahead of the game when it comes to artificial intelli

5 Ways to Care for Your Summer Hair

Did you know that the sun not only damages your skin, but your hair as well?  Here are five ways that you can protect your hair from the damaging rays of the sun. 1. Cut Back on Using Hot Tools Take a break from the blow dryer , curling iron and flat irons a couple of days a week.  Instead place your hair in a bun, braid or ponytail.  How about some beach waves? You can also accessorize your hair with a pretty headband or barrettes. 2. Apply UV Protection to Your Hair There are hair care products that contain UV filters for the hair.  They come in spray, gel and cream formulas.  They help to protect your hair from sun damage and protect your color from fading.  Wearing a sun hat also helps. It will protect your hair, scalp, ears and face from over exposure to the sun.  These are areas that are vulnerable to skin cancer.  Of course you can always wear a wig.   Wigs make your hair look fuller. 3.Give Your Hair a Deep Conditioning Treatment Products like Finesse Restore a

Stay In California's Quaintest Secrets

Image source California is one of those rare places in that it’s so famous - and so full of famous places - it can feel like you’ve lived there your entire life even though you’ve never set foot in America. That’s what happens when you take the power of Instagram and throw it into a cocktail shaker full of San Francisco’s streetcars, Malibu’s beaches, the Golden Gate Bridge, Hollywood Sign Alcatraz and Joshua Tree. But what if you want to experience the California you don’t see in glossy magazines? What if you’re craving the kind of one-of-a-kind, totally-unique, like-nowhere-else-on-the-planet sort of Californian experience? That’s where we get to step in. Yup. We’ve been busy looking for the most breathtaking boutique hotels The Golden State has to offer. From Napa Valley’s vineyards to desert ranches, we’ve found the quaintest of the quaint. 1. Post Ranch Inn There is something so special about Big Sur and something absolutely magical about this super-luxurious r

Getting Then Most Out Of Your Family Camping Trip

Whenever you’re planning a family vacation, your accommodation is inevitably a sticking point. Everybody enjoys the luxury of a five star hotel or a quaint family run bed and breakfast. Likewise there’s a lot to be said for the benefits of living in the sharing economy. Sometimes using an AirBnB will not only save you a great deal of money but allow you to experience your destination like a local. For some families, however, these are all well and good but they lack the sense of adventure, pioneer spirit and edifying simplicity that comes with spending a night under the stars. Camping trips have been enjoyed by families for generations because there’s something satisfyingly primal about communing with nature with your family and ridding yourself of the trappings of modern civilization. Studies have shown that not only do people who live close to green and wooded areas enjoy better mental health than their urban counterparts, they also suffer less from obesity. Therefore, a camping t
