Discover Tuscan Women Cook Culinary Vacations

Have you ever dreamed of visiting the beautiful country of Italy and exploring all of the culinary dishes it has to offer?  Now you can not only experience it, but have a hands on experience with Tuscan Women Cook.

Coleen Kirnan and Rhonda Vilardo host guests from all over the world and invite them to live, breath and cook as Italians do. They become your tour guide, translator, driver and private cooking classes that are usually only offered to locals.  It truly is a unique and fulfilling experience.

These week-long culinary immersion vacation programs are run by these two LA based women and take place at  La Chiusa, the charming Bed and Breakfast located in the medieval village of Montefollonico in Tuscany during the months of May through October.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided to guests every day, as well as cooking classes and, daily sight seeing.  Also provided are visits to wine and cheese tastings in Siena, with a private guide who has a doctorate in Sienese history.  Full translation is provided at all classes and transportation via Mercedes minibus with private driver is provided as well.

Each day, local village "nonnas" or grandmothers, many of whom run Michelin-starred restaurants,  teach authentic Italian recipes to the lucky students, using regional ingredients and techniques as they share their family recipes that have been passed down for generations.

Are you a wine lover?  This is your dream come locale!  Tuscan Women Cook is located in the heart of Brunello de Montalcino and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano country!

It borders on the Chianti wine region.  Here, the new Italian wine renaissance thrives.  You can scratch this off of your bucket list as one of your most fulfilling experiences as you sample new wines and stroll through spectacular vineyards of this beautiful region.

Last year, the Tuscan Women Cook Culinary vacations sold out and are looking to do the same for 2019.  Visit www.TuscanWomenCook.com to learn more about this unique, once in a lifetime experience.
