Here is a food hack that will make your task of squeezing in more veggies into your kid's diet easier!
I want to introduce you to a product that was sent to me to try. It is called Otamot. It is Tomato spelled backwards. You are probably thinking, "What is it?" I'm glad you asked. Otamot is a jarred sauce that is made using tomato and a bunch of other vegetables. It was created by a father, who wanted to get his daughter eating more vegetables. It is delicious and full of so much flavor.
About Otamot Check out the label to see all of the good veggies that are inside!
Otamat is loaded with vitamin enriched veggies, is gluten free, has no GMOs, no added sugar and even has 3 grams of protein packed inside. It is full of flavor and is delicious!
Most kids love pasta, or spaghetti. The next time you make a pasta dish for dinner, consider using Otamot instead of traditional tomato sauce. You can even use it as a soup base. Just add water, and some other ingredients.
Learn from the creators, why they developed Otamot sauce
Exhausted by frequent mealtime battles with his picky young daughter, lifelong foodie and Otamot founder Andrew Suzuka set out to create a better tomato sauce, one that would give a nutrient boost to meals that were naturally lacking in essential vitamins and minerals. He partnered with culinary expert and James Beard Award-winning author Maxime Bilet to find new ways to bring flavor and nutritional value back to pantry staples. So Otamot was born.

Disclosure: I received product to review for my honest personal opinion.
I try to model a healthy lifestyle for my kids. Thankfully, they have followed. They do love spaghetti and meatballs, and I love that this red sauce has so many vegetables rather than a traditional marinera sauce. I would love to try this.
