My mother often said it to us as a reminder that family is the most important thing we have. I have said this phrase to my son on many occasions, and I hope one day he says it to his children. Never cry over anything that can't cry over you. With all of the devastation and loss over the past few months from the hurricanes that have been happening, those words have never been so true. I pray everyday for the people who have lost so much and are suffering. I am praying that they find solace in the fact that they have each other. Material things can be replaced.
