Pasta salad is one of my favorite things to make and eat. It is so simple to prepare and can be customized any way you would like. I recently made this beautiful pasta salad using Tuscanini Fusilli pasta . The tri colored fusilli is so beautiful and is so delicious. FUSILLI SALAD Ingredients 1 pkg Tuscanini Fusilli 10 cherry tomatoes, halved artichoke hearts sweet roasted antipasto peppers broccoli florets 1 small red onion chopped *Italian dressing (store bought or home made) parmesan cheese (as desired) Directions Prepare Fusilli pasta as directed on package Let cool Add chopped onions, cherry tomatoes, peppers, broccoli and artichoke hearts Coat with Italian dressing Sprinkle with parmesan cheese (as desired) You can add olives, meats and cheeses to make it as well.
