I wanted to share a great product that I received to try out, with you. It is the American Lifetime vibrating foam roller. The roller comes with a carry case and charger. The carry case is made of a durable parachute type material and has a chord. I love that I can fling the roller over my shoulder to take on the go. This keeps my hands free to hold my keys and other things. This roller is fantastic. It is great for workouts, massage and really helps me to relax my muscles. It measures 17 inches and has 4 speeds.
