A few years ago, I began to experience excruciating pain in my knees.  It was so bad that it was affecting everything I did in and outside the home. My home has many stairs and I could barely get up and down them to do my routine household chores. I missed being able to enjoy many of the activities I was use to doing all of the time.  I was so active, and now I felt stagnant.  My husband and I were doing all kinds of activities together.
