Here is a list of files that can be changed on the WPForm plugin:
  • Label — this allows you to name form field so visitors know what it’s for.
  • Description — Easily add a description which  details to your users.  For example, you Can ask them to load a photo etc.
  • Allowed File Extensions — Youbcab restrict the types of files that can be uploaded to your WordPress form with this extension 
  • Max File Size — You can specify max file size you allow users to upload in megabytes, If left blank,  WPForms will allow a max of 128MB.
  • Required — Do you require a speciific file uoload from your users?  Be sure select this checkbox before submitting your form.
  • Style —Switch between default Modern style and the Classic style

By default, all files uploaded by users are stored in the WPForms folder inside the Uploads directory of your site. You can also store these files in your WordPress Media Library by selecting the Store field in WordPress Media Library checkbox under Advanced Options if you’d rather do that..
