My Favorite Kitchen Gadgets

MEAT CHOPPER 

My meat chopper is my absolute favorite kitchen gadget.  Not only is it fun to use, but it  makes preparing my stuffing, chili and Shepherd’s pie a cinch.  If you like to make empanadas, these are perfect for that too. The chopper chops meat into 1 inch chunks to help it cook more evenly .  Once my meat is browned, it then helps you to chop it up into smaller pieces to your desire.   

POTATO  MASHER 

Another useful and fun to use product is my potato masher.  I like to keep it handy next to my stove.  It’s perfect for mashing up my potatoes, sweet potatoes, and other veggies.  I like my mashed potatoes to be hand mashed.  I am not a creamy mashed potato person.  This masher makes them exactly how my family enjoys to eat them.
