SYNOPSIS: Honk for Jesus. Save Your Soul. is a satirical comedy starring Regina Hall as Trinitie Childs - the proud first lady of a Southern Baptist megachurch, who together with her husband Pastor Lee-Curtis Childs (Sterling K. Brown), once served a congregation in the tens of thousands. But after a scandal forces their church to temporarily close, Trinitie and Lee-Curtis must reopen their church and rebuild their congregation to make the biggest comeback that commodified religion has ever seen.

This movie is pretty deep and shows the struggles of a woman to stand by her husband, despite allegations made about him. She forces herself to be strong but he is so self consumed, he is emotionally making her struggle inside. He wants to change and be seen in a new way, but his ego keeps getting in the way.  This movie has more of a documentary type of style with an almost behind the scenes look of how the pastor and his wife aim to rebuild their church and the obstacles they encounter along the way. You also see what other people think and say about the situation. Recommend this for older teens and up.
