Don’t Fret Daylight Savings: Reset Your Internal Clock with Essential Oils

It takes me a long time to reset my internal clock when we transition from Summer to Winter.

Daylight Savings is quickly approaching and with it comes a change in sleep schedule. For those facing chronic sleep issues, or wanting to ease the transition, I’d like to share a few products from Young Living Essential Oils that you can use to help reset your own internal clock as Daylight Savings nears on November 5th.

For those looking to feel more energized, Young Living’s En-R-Gee Blend is packed with an invigorating combination of Rosemary, Juniper, Lemongrass, Nutmeg, Idaho Grand Fir, Clove, and Black Pepper. A few drops applied topically or diffused in a diffuser can give you a natural boost when sleep struggles bring your energy down.

For those who need help improving sleep quality, Young Living’s Lavender Oil and Peace and Calming Blend offer tranquil aromas that soothe the senses and creates a peaceful environment. Diffuse a few drops or add it to a bath to help wind down in the evening and get your body ready for bed.

These essential oils are wonderful and have beautiful scents that aren’t overpowering. I sprinkle a little Peace and Calming oil on my pillow at night to help me relax and sleep better. The Lavender is also wonderful for this as well.

Did you know lavender essential oil was great for deterring bedbugs? Add a little to your suitcase when you travel to keep those bed bugs away.

These essential oils make a great gift or stocking stuffer this holiday season. They’re also great additions to gift baskets.
