Protein Snacks for People on the Go

If you like a good protein snack and enjoy meat snacks, Skinny Salamis are the perfect snack for you.

I recently attended the Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio and these quality snacks caught my eye at one of the booths.  The show was so crowded, I didn't get a chance to stop over and try them out.  Luckily a couple of weeks later, I was presented with the opportunity to sample these delicious high protein snacks from Meat Crafters.

These great snacks are made the old fashioned way, in small batches. They are slow cured with no hormones.

Skinny Salamis are delicious!  They come in 6 flavors which include:

Pork Mini Salamis with Truffles
Lamb Merguez
Street Cart Shawarma Lamb
Spicy Pork Chorizo
Casbah Pork
Black Angus Beef

Each flavor is equally delicious and each serving has between 10 and 12 grams of protein!  They are all Gluten and Nut Free, and are all made using meats that were raised without antibiotics.

These snacks are conveniently packaged for easy carry and storage, and are great for taking to the gym for having after a workout, or to work for a healthy snack.  They are perfect for travel.

The MeatCrafters brand was recently recognized  for their Skinny Salamis product as the 2017 Editor's pick in the Gourmet Retailer.

Disclosure:  I received samples of these snacks to review for my honest, personal opinion.  I was not required to write a positive review, however I did because I felt these were a good quality product that was great tasting. Your opinion may differ.  This post contains affiliate links.
