I tried all of the varieties and they are all so delicious.  I love how light and flaky they are and the flavors are so delicious.  This is a nice quality product that is perfect for snacking. Did I mention each bar is only 100 calories?

If I had to describe the texture of the bar, I would say that if you are familiar with the Middle Eastern cookie treat called Ghraybeh, which is a light, flaky  butter cookie, the texture is very similar.  They are so soft and light.
