Materials needed:

1 small wooden ladder (can be found at a craft store or primitives shop)
Primitive decorations
Craft glue
1 small strand of battery operated fairy lights
1 pkg of both 1 inch and 1/2 inch craft earring hoops (find in craft store jewelry section)
1 spool of crafting wire
1 pkg of assorted craft jewelry beads

Decorate your ladder using Primitive decor.  

Wrap ladder with fairy lights

Roll your New Jersey Lottery tickets and slip into hoops

Attach craft wire to hoops

Add a few jewelry beads to give a festive look

Attach wired New Jersey Lottery Holiday Scratch Off Tickets to your ladder

Now your ladder is ready for gift giving!

You can attach some fun, festive ribbons, as an alternative to the craft wire.
