This January 26, 2021 (Australia Day!) True Aussie Beef & Lamb invites you to an epic virtual dinner party to smash the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title of most users in a dinner party hangout


Guests can join Host/Celebrity Chef Jet Tila, partner chefs, media members and influencers online for this interactive experience featuring a talented line-up of epicurean entertainers, fun trivia and “aussome” prizes – including one-on-one virtual cooking classes with featured chef hosts. All are welcome to tune in and take a seat at the virtual dinner table for this Australian-themed dinner and interactive foodie show—and Make a Moment with True Aussie Beef & Lamb.


Kicking off the “dinner and show” will be Alexa Santos from Feedfeed, a social community of food lovers. Alexa will present tasty Australian lamb small bites and tips for perfectly pairing with a cocktail. Then you get to choose… what will chef Adam Moore create to help you #impress in your own kitchen? Either way, you’ll see how simple techniques and the right ingredients can become drool-worthy dishes.


The second course heats things up with an Aussie ingredient challenge taken on by Chef Renee Scharoff, owner of Blonde on the Run catering in Boston, and TikTok foodie star, Shereen Pavlides (Cooking with Shereen). Now if you have ever wanted to head Down Under – here’s your chance… well almost! You get a virtual tour with two dinky di Australian beef and lamb farmers and all your key questions about Australia answered.


Four Seasons Miami executive chef, Aaron Brooks, will take a meander down memory lane and present an iconic Aussie dessert from his childhood with simple steps on how to elevate any meal moment.


No show is complete without a big finale! Be mesmerized as a humble lettuce becomes a work of art worthy of the National Gallery created by Chef Jamie Simpson and Farmer Lee Jones from The Chefs Garden.
