I have a great dish that is simple to make, keto friendly and delicious.

Let’s make some deviled eggs!

Let’s start by boiling one dozen eggs.

Here is a recipe for perfect boiled eggs from The Negg Egg Peeler:

Perfect Boiled Eggs

Boil enough water in a pot to cover your eggs by one inch.

Using a utensil, place your raw eggs carefully in the boiling water.

Cook large eggs 11 minutes. Medium eggs 10 minutes, X-large eggs 12 minutes

Chill in an ice bath 2-5 minutes to stop the cooking

Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days

Want a simple way to peel your eggs? The Negg Egg Peeler is going to make it a breeze! Simply add a little water and your boiled egg. Snap on the cap. Shake up and down and slide off the shell. It’s that simple!

  1. This totally surprised me: (( Boil enough water in a pot to cover your eggs by one inch.

I just now took my eggs off the stove and into cold water. But next time I am going to try your way.
