Serafina NYC Has Released Their Holiday Menus

Serafina has released their holiday menu for Christmas and New Year’s  and they sound so delicious! The holidays are for enjoying family, good food and great atmosphere, and Serafina has it all.  If you are visiting the NYC area, be sure to make a reservation and check them out!

BUON NATALE! as the Italians say. Starting Saturday, December 24th through Sunday, December 25th, certain Serafina locations will be offering:

POTATO LEEK SOUP: Topped with crispy bacon and leeks
MUSSELS: Served with white wine saffron sauce and toasted bread
LOBSTER TAGLIONI: Homemade squid ink tagliolini served with lobster, cherry tomato and asparagus in brandy sauce
BRANZINO: Pan seared filet of branzino served with broccolini and fingerling potatoes
OSSO BUCO: Braised osso buco served with saffron risotto
PANETTONE & MASCARPONE CREAM: Delicious Italian dome-shaped sweet bread
TORTA RICOTTA & PERE: Sponge cake with ricotta cream and pear filling

And for Saturday, December 31st, escape the madness of Times Square and ring in 2023 with a delicious meal and friendly company! Offering a special A la Carte Menu, champagne toast, party favors, and music - this is a celebration you will not want to miss. Certain Searfina locations will be offering:

LOBSTER BISQUE: Smooth and creamy lobster bisque
BURRATA AND CAVIAR: Served on crostini
CRAB SALAD: Jumbo lump crab marinated in Dijon mustard, vinaigrette, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, topped with mache salad
PAPPARDELLE LAMB RAGU: Homemade lamb ragu
HALIBUT WITH TRUFFLE SAUCE: Filet of halibut, pan seared, truffle sauce, and fingerling potatoes
BRAISED LAMB SHANK: Served with haricot vert & Barolo reduction sauce
TORTA DI PERE & RICOTTA: Sponge cake with ricotta cream and pear filling
