Disclosure: I received this book review. All opinions expressed are my own.

There’s something about the Prayer in Motion book that really connected with me. I found it a powerful tool not only to Strengthening my prayer time, but also gave me different ways to meditate pray and de-stress.
I feel like I have a strong connection with God, But I was hoping for more ways to interact with him throughout my day and my life and this book is perfect for that.
The book talks about ways to bring God into your daily routine whether you’re walking working driving we’re just going about your day. We chose how prayer can be a constant rhythm rather than a scheduled pause.

I often found myself, along with my husband, saying, “We didn’t say our prayers today”, and then we’d say them together. It was more of a routine.
I wanted something that would be more intimate and something more meaningful. Now, I have new structured always to incorporate my relationship with God. I find myself taking ordinary moments and making them a little more Sacred.
I’ve learned to tell myself that prayer doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be real and meaningful and personal. I no longer make time to pray. It’s just a part of everything I do.
This book has a wonderful structure and many wonderful prayers and illustrations. It is a very meaningful read, especially for someone looking to develop a closer relationship God.
