Dr Scholl's Shoes

I have flat feet and always find myself with back, knee or foot pain if I stand for too long without my inserts. When I use Dr Scholl's orthotics or inserts they help to ease the discomfort tremendously. I never knew Dr Scholl's also makes shoes. I never knew what I was missing! I stumbled upon their facebook page and my eyes lit up. I immediately began browsing their website at www.drschollsshoes.com and was very pleased with all of the choices that are available. There are so many styles and colors and patterns of shoes to choose from! I contacted them because I was so excited and asked if they would allow me to do a review on my blog. Afterall, for over 30 years Dr.Scholl's products have made a huge difference in my life. They so graciously agreed and wanted me to inform my followers that they give away a FREE PAIR of shoes to one of their Facebook followers EVERY FRIDAY!! Look for my shoe review soon! Woolzies Dryer Balls

I had heard a lot about Woolzies Dryer Balls and wanted to try them out for myself. I was pleasantly surprised. They softened my laundry without any chemicals and there wasn't static cling either. I used all 6 balls in my dryer and I don't even have to remove them. They last up to 1,000 loads! They also cut drying time by 25%. I like saving time, money and energy! I like that they are eco-friendly and easy to use. My clothes have come out great and there is no lint from the balls on them at all. I wish I discovered them sooner! Recovering from the Storm

The past week I have been without power. It was finally restored last night .I've barely seen my husband. He has been on duty helping those in need.  I lost all of the food in my refrigerator and freezer.  I was cold, frustrated and angry and felt like I was cut off from the rest of the world.  But more importantly, I was blessed.  I thank God I still have a roof over my head and my family is safe. All of the things I lost are nothing compared to many in my state, and can be easily replaced.   There are many people in NJ and NY who aren't as fortunate as I was and who need help. Lives were lost.  Hundreds of homes have been completely destroyed  and there are thousands of people without power, food, water, clothing or ice. Some have only the clothing on their backs.  Gas lines are unbelievable. They are miles long.  These are things we take for granted everyday.  Many companies are coming to the aid of my lifelong state and I than...

Fall is a great time for family and traditions

I love Fall. I know when October rolls around that I will be spending a weekend with my brothers and sister and their families, picking apples and then take a hayride to pick out pumpkins. It has also been a tradition, for as long as I can remember, to go through the haymaze and try to solve the clues. We then always get hot cider donuts that are fresh and warm from the oven. Do you have any family traditions that you look forward to every year?
